Tour and Observatory Guidelines
Tours are given by appointment only. Please read our policy below before arriving.

The "Observatory" was designed for viewing restricted areas conveniently and safely. All areas where pets play and/or stay are restricted and not accesible to the public for the comfort, safety and health of our four legged guests. Observatory viewing of our play and boarding areas prevents accidental contact between in house boarding clients and innocent human counterparts. In addition, Observatory viewing helps to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, free of excitable duress for our guests. All areas on our "Lodging", "Daycare", and "Doggie Den" pages are restricted, for safety, comfort and liability issues. Please review our web site for the most detailed views of all our accommodations.
Remember that you are a friend to your pet, but a stranger to others.
Thank you for your understanding.
"We're in the business because we care.....we really do!"
